For any request regarding your personal data, you can write to admin@cocktailsmachine.ch.
We only collect the data you provide us directly:
— Through the "Request information" form or the contact form: name, company, email, phone and any message.
— Through the shop checkout: name, company, email, phone and shipping address, necessary to process the order.
We do not collect data through profiling cookies or third-party tracking tools (see our Cookie Policy).
The data collected is used exclusively to: respond to information requests, manage and fulfil orders placed in the shop, and for any communications related to the order (confirmation, shipping status).
Payments made in the shop are handled by the payment service provider Stripe. Cocktailsmachine.ch does not store or have access to your payment card data: this is processed directly by Stripe according to its own privacy policy.
Order-related data is kept for as long as necessary to comply with contractual, accounting and tax obligations. Data related to information requests is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request.
